Official Scott County criminal records must be requested from the government office that created or keeps them. The contacts below route court files to the Circuit Court Clerk, booking questions to the detention center, city police reports to Georgetown or the appropriate city office, and statewide history questions to Kentucky agencies. This private resource does not receive government record requests.

This Is Not a Government Office. A private reference resource cannot obtain, change, remove, certify, or accept filings for any Scott County criminal record. Contact the responsible public office directly.
